I started off digiscoping but like many others progressed to DLSR camera. The first being a Canon 350d with some reasonable shots being achieved but after a time, found the LCD screen too be far too small for my failing eye sight. Sticking with Canon, I exchanged to the 40d which I love using. My lens is a Canon 400 f5.6 which means I should really be able to bring more clarity to the pictures than ever before.

I've now been very fortunate to be able to add to my lens collection by way of a Sigma 300 f2.8 lens along with two converters. The Sigma 1.4 and the Sigma 2x. Oh what a lucky girl I am .

I live in Oxfordshire but like to visit as many areas of the UK as I can. Any holidays we go on with our touring caravan do tend to be planned very close to a nature reserve or woodland area so I can get out and about whilst the 'Other half' enjoys the peace and quiet!

Hello Di,

thanks for sending the link to your Web, which looks superb. You have some wonderful images of wildlife, I particulary like the Shelduck and the Beswick Swan is beautifully sharp.

I don't have a site at present but have several portraits on the model sites of StarNow and TFP Models, as I specialise more on portraits and use studios, but will be looking to start a site later this year and will be seeing what's available at Focus on Imaging in March at the NEC again.

Keep up the good work and best wishes for 2012.

Malcolm
